ONWARD Medical Closes EUR 40.6M Private Placement

ONWARD Medical N.V. has successfully closed a private placement with institutional investors, raising EUR 40.6 million. The new shares are now listed on multiple Euronext exchanges. The company focuses on neurotechnology to restore movement and function for individuals with spinal cord injuries and other movement disabilities, offering products such as the ARC-EX® System and developing the ARC-IM® System.
