TTP Group Announces Sale of LEX Diagnostics to QuidelOrtho Corporation
TTP Group announced the acquisition of LEX Diagnostics Limited by QuidelOrtho Corporation. LEX Diagnostics, a UK-based molecular diagnostics company and a spin-out of TTP Group, was founded in 2020 to develop a commercially viable diagnostic solution based on a breakthrough in ultra-fast thermal control.
