Plus Therapeutics Secures Blue Shield of California Coverage for CNSide® Assay

Plus Therapeutics, through its subsidiary CNSide Diagnostics, announced a coverage agreement with Blue Shield of California for its CNSide® Cerebrospinal Fluid assay for metastatic CNS cancers. This agreement expands the total covered lives from 75 million to 81 million, aiming to enhance patient access and reduce reimbursement barriers. The CNSide assay detects and monitors leptomeningeal metastases with high sensitivity and specificity, influencing treatment decisions significantly since its launch.
