Virgo and Rajpurkar Lab Collaborate to Develop Advanced AI Model for Endoscopy

Virgo Surgical Video Solutions has partnered with the Rajpurkar Lab to create a next-generation AI foundation model aimed at enhancing disease detection, risk scoring, treatment recommendations, and patient outcomes in GI endoscopy. The collaboration will utilize Virgo’s extensive dataset of over one million high-definition endoscopy videos and combine it with the Rajpurkar Lab’s expertise in medical AI. This effort follows the success of Virgo’s EndoDINO model and aims to advance video-level understanding in endoscopic procedures.
