WhiteSwell Announces Primary Clinical Trial Results from DELTA-HF Study for Acute Decompensated Heart Failure

WhiteSwell has announced primary results from the DELTA-HF feasibility clinical trial, evaluating the eLym System for treating acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF). The data revealed significant decongestion, showing a mean weight loss of 6.8Kg and 82.5% freedom from hospitalization and death at six months. The trial involved 40 patients and demonstrated feasibility and safety of the eLym System, which supports lymph drainage through the thoracic duct. The results were presented at the Heart Failure 2026 Congress and published in the European Journal of Heart Failure. WhiteSwell plans to initiate the randomized LYMPH-HF trial later this year.
