Sofis Appoints Rafael Fraga as CEO
Sofis, a Brazilian healthcare software provider, has appointed Rafael Fraga as CEO. This follows Arcadea Group’s acquisition of a majority stake in Sofis in 2026. Reynaldo Mendes, the founder, will continue in a leadership role while transitioning responsibilities to Fraga.
TORONTO & RIO DE JANEIRO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sofis, a Brazilian healthcare software provider specializing in hemotherapy and cell therapy solutions, announced the appointment of Rafael Fraga as incoming Chief Executive Officer. Arcadea Group acquired a majority stake in Sofis earlier in 2026. Fraga joins founder Reynaldo Mendes, who will stay on in a leadership role with the business and transfer full responsibilities to Fraga over the coming months. Fraga is an experienced software executive who
