Applied Biologics Publishes New Research on Ligament Regeneration with XWRAP®

Applied Biologics has published new translational research demonstrating the efficacy of XWRAP® in promoting ligament regeneration in a preclinical model. The study showed that biologic augmentation with XWRAP leads to significant increases in collagen fibril size and improves the quality of ligament healing by promoting a native-like tissue architecture, contrasting with conventional scar-mediated repair. The findings support further investigation into the application of XWRAP in orthopedic surgery and other medical fields.

New XWRAP® research shows ligament collagen fibril diameter recovering to ~90% of native tissue in preclinical model.
