Edwards Lifesciences has appointed Theodora Mistras as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective at the end of May. Mistras succeeds Scott Ullem, who announced his transition from the CFO role in October. Prior to joining Edwards, Mistras served as CFO at Viatris, leading the company’s global finance organization.
