BrioHealth Solutions has received FDA conditional approval to start a clinical evaluation of the BrioVAD System for pediatric patients with advanced heart failure, marking a significant advancement in treatment options for children in need. The Brio4Kids Trial aims to address the lack of durable left ventricular assist device (LVAD) options for this population. Enrollment is expected to begin in mid-2026, with preliminary data anticipated by the end of the year.
