Calidar Completes Enrollment in First-in-Human Study of 4D Mammography System

Calidar, Inc. has completed enrollment in its first-in-human clinical study of the 4D Mammography system, aiming to improve breast cancer diagnostics. The study involved 61 patients and is expected to provide evidence of the system’s ability to distinguish between healthy tissue and breast cancer. Early indications suggest up to a 4x improvement in precision over traditional 3D mammography.
