Sequana Medical Announces Share Capital Increase

Sequana Medical NV has announced an increase in its share capital from EUR 8,037,001.07 to EUR 8,098,969.31 due to a subscription of new shares by GEM Global Yield LLC. The number of outstanding shares has increased to 78,172,033, with a total of 598,149 new shares issued. This capital increase is part of an ongoing agreement with GEM.
