RadNet and Trinity Health Joint Venture in Boise, Idaho
RadNet, Inc. has formed a joint venture with Saint Alphonsus Health System, part of Trinity Health, to acquire a majority stake in Intermountain Medical Imaging in Boise, Idaho. This venture will manage five outpatient multi-modality imaging centers and integrate DeepHealth’s AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and patient care, expected to generate approximately $30 million in annual revenue.
